B2D is home to a large close-knit family of 60 talented dance instructors and 20 production staff members. Every day we work together on the same mission: To make a difference in all the lives we touch. From a toddler basking in the magic of the stage to the working professional reclaiming her love of dance, every day we try to make a difference in someone’s life. And everyday, we make a difference in our own.Our house is a collaborative workspace where dance artists get to unleash their creative consciousness and share their talents with thousands of dance lovers. A team of professional videographers captures all the beautiful artistry on display. Capable customer service and production crew members keep it all flowing. Laughs are heard, friendships are made, lives are changed. Every day.

INTERNSHIPS
We offer an internship program that allows people with a passion for dance to play a part in our mission. They also enjoy complimentary access to a massive lineup of adult dance classes with unmatched variety.
Come grow, dance, and become part of something bigger than you.
ROLE
You will be a valued member of the production team that films classes and shares them with our followers and the dancers taking them. You will learn filming techniques, graphic design, social media management, and a host of skills you will carry with you everywhere.
CLASS CREDITS
For every hour of your time, you receive an hour of class credit. Use it at will.
COMMITMENT
- At least 1 weekly shift, 5 hours per shift, and a 4-month run
- Shift hours are usually weekday evenings 5 to 10pm, Saturdays 930am to 230pm, and Sundays 11am to 4pm
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Passion for the arts
- Intellectual curiosity
